Our philosophy is to grant clients full ownership of the content delivered. Once the final deliverable is completed and approved, you hold all rights to the material and may use it as you see fit. All products are drafted by professionals who transfer all rights and ownership regarding the products to the Company upon completion.

Payment & Project Initiation

Full payment is typically required before the start of any project to ensure timely processing and service delivery. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of down payments via approved methods such as credit card, bank wire transfer, or PayPal. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their payment.

Revisions & Quality Assurance

We offer a 14-day revision window after project delivery to ensure your work meets the highest standards. Revision turnaround times are structured as follows:

• 24-hour delivery projects: Revisions are processed within 24 hours.
• 24–48 hour delivery projects: Revisions are processed within 48 hours.
• Longer-term projects: Revisions are processed within 72 hours.
• Conditions: Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions, a refund will not be applicable.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under specific conditions, provided the request is made before final project submission and approval.

• Processing Fees: Refund requests may be processed after deducting applicable transaction fees ($150 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is lower).
• Partial Refunds:
• 75% refundable before design or production begins.
• 50% refundable once design or editing work has commenced, but before final approval.
• Voided Refunds:Refunds are void if the customer has chosen a special or custom package, has been unresponsive for more than 2 weeks, or if the project is placed on hold at the customer's request.
• Time Frame:Refunds must be claimed within 120 days of delivery; requests made after 90 days from purchase or following final project approval will not be entertained

Communication Policy (SMS & Email)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications regarding project updates, service notifications, and periodic newsletters.

• Opt-In: Participation is voluntary and complies with 10DLC TCR standards for the US and Canada.
• Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link or opt out of SMS by replying “STOP”.
• Costs: Standard messaging and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
• Security: Your contact details are kept secure and confidential and are not shared with third parties without consent
